jltt Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player," "you") and jltt ("jltt," "we," "us," "the platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or promotion on jltt, you are confirming that you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the jltt platform immediately and not proceed with registration or play. Continued use of jltt following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the jltt platform, including slots, live casino, fishing games, bingo, JILI slots, jackpot slots, boxing betting, and any future product categories we add. They also apply to all jltt promotional offers, customer support interactions, and payment transactions.

2Eligibility

To register and play on jltt, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

jltt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information about age, identity or location is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one jltt account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If jltt identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses will be voided, and winnings accumulated through bonus play may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

When registering with jltt, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, home address, and contact details. This information must match your government-issued identification documents. jltt uses this information for identity verification, payout processing, and account security purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jltt login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. jltt will never ask for your password in a support interaction. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jltt support immediately at support@jltt.best. jltt is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to keep login details secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jltt may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching a certain deposit threshold, or at any point we deem appropriate for security or compliance purposes. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4Deposits

jltt accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (₱).

• The minimum deposit at jltt is ₱100.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• jltt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your jltt balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact jltt support.
• jltt reserves the right to impose deposit limits, decline specific deposit methods, or request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.

5Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your jltt balance to any supported Philippine payment method registered in your own name. jltt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at jltt is ₱100.
• Most standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• jltt may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or those that trigger compliance thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if: your account has not completed KYC verification; there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements; there are reasonable grounds to investigate the account for suspected fraud or terms violations.
• jltt reserves the right to apply processing fees to withdrawals in excess of a specified monthly threshold. Current fee schedules are available on the payments information page of your jltt account.
• Funds that have been withdrawn and received cannot be reversed or recharged to your jltt account.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jltt regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All jltt promotions are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus rules:

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully verified their jltt account.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer explicitly permits stacking.
• jltt bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion — will be voided and any resulting winnings forfeited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most jltt bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means you must wager 30 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn). For example: a ₱500 bonus with a 30× requirement means ₱15,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Not all games at jltt contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100% while live casino and table games contribute a lower percentage or zero. Check the specific offer terms for contribution rates.

6.3 Free Spins

Free spins awarded through jltt promotions are valid only on the designated game(s) and expire after the stated time period (usually 24–72 hours from issue). Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on jltt are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jltt does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a game or system malfunction during play, jltt reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the staked amount. No additional payment will be made on the basis of a malfunctioning round.
• jltt is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connections during gameplay. If a session is interrupted, the round result will be determined by the game server's final recorded state.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed in the game interface before play begins.
• jltt may, at its sole discretion, impose maximum win limits per game session, per day, or per promotional period. These limits are communicated in the relevant game or promotion terms.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jltt platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using jltt for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime or to facilitate money laundering.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino games.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, matched betting with a partner account, or other methods designed to extract value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after deposits have been used for gameplay. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended and the chargeback amount deducted from any available balance.
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts or any software that automates gameplay decisions or interacts with jltt systems without human control.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your jltt account.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain financial advantage. Any winnings from known exploits will be voided.

9Account Suspension and Closure

jltt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more without a login);
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, jltt may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the verified balance will be returned. Accounts closed at the player's own request will have their verified balance paid out within the standard processing timeframe.

10Responsible Gaming

jltt is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become a problem, and we take our responsibility in that area seriously.

All jltt players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting jltt support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jltt platform. Self-exclusions of more than 6 months are treated as permanent closures by default.

Once a responsible gaming limit or exclusion has been activated at jltt, it cannot be reversed immediately. Cooling-off and self-exclusion periods are final and will be upheld even if you subsequently request early reinstatement. This is intentional — the tools only work if they are reliable.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the jltt platform — including but not limited to the jltt brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the property of jltt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit or otherwise use any jltt content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jltt. Personal, non-commercial use of jltt content for reference purposes (such as describing the platform on a personal social media account) is permitted as long as jltt is clearly credited and the content is not altered.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jltt's liability to any player arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited as follows:

• jltt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jltt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• jltt is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures outside jltt's reasonable control, or third-party payment processing errors.
• jltt's total aggregate liability to any player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their jltt account during that same period.

Nothing in these Terms limits jltt's liability for death or personal injury caused by jltt's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13Privacy and Data

jltt collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on jltt, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary: jltt uses your data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. You have rights regarding your data — please see the Privacy Policy for full details and how to exercise them.

14Changes to These Terms

jltt may update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players through a notice on the platform and, where possible, via the email address registered to your jltt account. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the jltt platform after updated Terms have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using jltt and may request account closure by contacting support.
